Will my jewelry tarnish?
CHAINS: Our chains are made out of stainless steel and will not tarnish or fade if stored properly and taken care of! The gold chains also have a layer of 14k gold plating.
CHARMS: We offer a selection of charms in order to give variety for pricing and metal. They are a mixture of gold filled, gold plated, sterling silver, stainless steel and enamel/alloy. The gold filled, gold plated, sterling silver and stainless steel will be the most resistant to tarnish. However, all charms should maintain their quality if taken care of.
How can I take care of my jewelry?
You can clean your jewelry by letting it sit in dish soap and water for a few minutes and then clean with a cloth. To avoid tarnish, remove jewelry when showering, swimming and working out. Keep them away from chemicals and perfume whenever possible. When you're not wearing your jewelry, store it in a cool and dry place. Doing these things will help your jewelry live a long and happy life!
Can I buy charms on their own?
If you've previously bought a piece and want to add new charms, you can buy charms individually! We will send you the charm with its own jump ring that you can add on yourself.
What happens if I have an issue with my jewelry?
If something breaks on your jewelry due to normal wear and tear, reach out to us and we will find the best solution to help restore your piece!
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
We do not offer returns on a complete customized piece at this time.
However, if within 30 days of purchase an item breaks or tarnishes on your piece, we will send you a replacement.
